We have recently produced a report documenting the trust-based methodology behind our cornerstone Blossom program: a two-year capacity strengthening journey that co-creates community-led projects, supported by peer learning and community lead monitoring, evaluation & learning (PMERL). Since 2020, Blossom has partnered with grassroots organizations across East Africa, India, the Amazon, and Brazil—organizations that aren’t just responding to climate change, but actively regenerating ecosystems, strengthening food sovereignty, and building thriving local economies through solutions born from traditional ecological knowledge and deep community listening.
We invite you to read the report below and explore our key learnings from running the process with grassroots partners, the step-by-step approach we co-developed, and practical reflections on trust-building, power dynamics, and how learning and accountability can be held without imposing external agendas.
This program acts a living bridge between funders and grassroots partners, widening the flow of resources that critically supports local communities. Our work is to identify, resource, and spotlight pioneering regenerative organizations who are already creating a world where communities thrive in healthy ecosystems.
Faith Flanigan, Regenerosity Executive Director
