Theory Of Change

Our Theory of Change underpins our programs and work towards thriving communities in healthy ecosystems supported by just and equitable flows of capital.

We understand that reaching the future we envision is not a linear process. By valuing and bringing forth ancient and indigenous knowledge and selectively applying advances of our technological age, regenerative approaches seek to reverse the degradation of the planet’s natural systems and design human-driven systems that co-evolve with natural systems to generate mutual benefits, improve life for all on this planet and create resilience for the future.

how we grow impact

Facilitating the flow of resources towards regeneration, guided by deep listening and respect for sovereignty.

We support place-based impact by strengthening the capacity of grassroots organizations that have the potential of becoming local hubs, to increase their ecological, social and economic impact.

We facilitate network collaboration through learning, knowledge sharing, and collaboration between organizations, and between organizations and stakeholders – including experts, funders, and other entities.

We power movement building by creating and sharing grassroots-led stories to amplify the reach of the organizations and help inspire the regenerative movement. We engage funders in trust-based and regenerative philanthropy practices to evolve the role of philanthropy.
