Blossom Program

2024 -2026 Cycle

What is the BLOSSOM program?

The Blossom program (previously known as Regenerative Capacity Development) is a two-year program co-designed with grassroots partners that use regenerative practices at the intersection of food sovereignty, livelihoods, and ecology.

The program develops organizational capacity, leadership skills, testing and fine tuning of models so that local organizations can grow into regional hubs.

Our 2021-2023 cohort grew their internal capacity, and their local communities' capacity; scaled regionally and/or nationally while partnering with government offices and large NGO's; and received additional funding.

OUR GUIDING PRINCIPLES ARE To:

  • Fund local interventions to grow our partners’ capacity to create scalable models, gain visibility, and multiply their impact.

  • Connect them in cohorts for shared learnings, reflection and mutual support.

  • Platform and amplify their stories to grow the regenerative movement and increase the flow of resources.

What is the Regenerative capacity development program?

We support the development and connectivity of young grassroots organizations so that community-led initiatives can proliferate across bioregions,

  • Facilitated peer-to-peer circles nurture mutual support, learning in action & capacity sharing creating space for reflection
